We are a family business from Hamburg with the ambition to present the delicious cuisine of Africa on our food truck. It is important to us to use regional products whenever possible. With the exception of a few ingredients that only grow in the tropics, we source our high-quality ingredients from specialty stores in Hamburg.

Our Rolex ANd SAMBUSAs

For our Rolex and Sambusas we use high-quality 1050 flour produced in Germany. This flour brings out the same flavors that are known for a chapati in Africa. Our chapatis are freshly baked with a seasoning mix of sea salt, water and oil – just as they have been made for centuries. Thank you Uganda for the Chapati Rolex! You can’t make a chapati without knowing about the yummy to speak to Rolex. A snack that tastes good at any time of the day! You can find it in our menu.

We want to stay as original as possible!

We offer our delicious Sambusas in two variants. A vegetarian one, with crunchy vegetables. The second is additionally filled with tender chicken breast fillet.

Mmmmh… we love the smell of Sambusas!
